Dayempur Farm is nestled  in the soft hills of Southern Illinois. Originally developed as a dairy farm by German immigrants in the late 1800s, the farm is now a center for sustainable agriculture and owned by the Dayemi Sufi community. Elaine lives in the original farmhouse where her friend, Geneva Basler, was born and lived in until she was 82 years old.

The Longbranch Cafe & Bakery is the vibrant hub of a small college town. Serving handmade, vegetarian food and kick-butt coffee and pastries, the Longbranch provides a welcoming space to enjoy food, art, coffee and conversation.
